Cultural Reviews

We have developed an approach termed “Cultural Reviews” or “Thematic Audits” which seeks to identify and address issues within teams in a supportive, strengths-based approach.  Cultural Reviews are particularly useful where a client has identified underlying conflict in a team, but feel that undertaking a formal HR investigation would not be appropriate.

Our Cultural Reviews provide teams the opportunity to explore the issues that they are facing within a safe environment: we follow a similar methodology to a standard investigation, but participants are anonymous and we will protect this in the report and any feedback that we provide.  Our reports detail the areas of good practice that have been identified through the review, as well developmental areas which the team might wish to focus on.   Furthermore, in the report we identify informal interventions which will help foster an enhanced working environment.

We will ensure that our reviews:

  • Deliver meaningful and pragmatic recommendations in a thorough report.

  • Highlight innovative and creative options.

  • Engage meaningfully with all relevant stakeholders.

  • Are delivered to agreed deadlines.
