Karen Wise produced clear, comprehensive and fact based training for a cohort of over 50 staff at London Ambulance Service, around conducting investigations into allegations of Bullying and Harassment. I recently attended a Sickness Absence course delivered by Karen. Karen is an engaging facilitator with a breadth of experience and knowledge on the subject matter. She made everyone feel at ease and really encouraged open conversation, whilst ensuring that confidentiality was respected. We worked through the policy principles and absence process using relevant case studies to enable us to be able to apply the skills back in the workplace.
