Karen Wise produced clear, comprehensive and fact based training for a cohort of over 50 staff  at London Ambulance Service, around conducting investigations into allegations of Bullying and Harassment. Karen is both a knowledgeable and patient trainer and alongside the training delivery she produced templates and booklets to underpin the entire process.

Karen is a knowledgeable and empathic HR expert who is able to work with and engage large teams of staff, and enable them to think through the human factors implicit within sensitive investigations whilst ensuring all parties are engaged and supported through the life of an investigation - highly recommended.

I recently attended a Sickness Absence course delivered by Karen.  Karen is an engaging facilitator with a breadth of experience and knowledge on the subject matter.    She made everyone feel at ease and really encouraged open conversation, whilst ensuring that confidentiality was respected.  We worked through the policy principles and absence process using relevant case studies to enable us to be able to apply the skills back in the workplace.

I definitely feel more confident now in managing absence within my team and would recommend this training to any other people manager
