Investigations

We are experienced in undertaking complex disciplinary, grievance and whistleblowing investigations – including those that involve medical staff. As independent, external investigators, we can investigate issues objectively and quickly, sending a powerful message that the organisation is taking the issue seriously.

We will:

 

  • Work with you to determine the correct approach to the investigation and ensure that a robust and objective report is produced

  • Look objectively at underlying issues and distinguish between personal and structural issues

  • Ensure that personality or legacy issues don’t slow the process down or cloud insights

  • Draw on wide-ranging interviewing techniques and experience in developing pragmatic solutions.
